    1. Peterborough Local Planto receive an update insofar as this is publicly available.

 

  1. Joint community Action Plan (standing item) – To note the contents of the revised JCAP and note this will be for further consideration at the JPLG meeting Planned for 9th November (ref 9a below).

 

  1. Neighbourhood planning (standing item)To consider if any further action is required by, or related to the review of, the present NP.

 

  1. Status report – to note changes to the report presented to Parish council in October.

 

  1. Planning Applications – to consider, as statutory consultees, planning applications received since the previous meeting.
    1. 23/01391/TRE Hill House, Mill Lane Poplars (suspected to be T22, T24 and T25 on 92/00012/TPO) reduce garden facing long laterals of these trees
    2. 23/01368/NONMAT – 3 Carlton Court – Non-material amendment (materials) to planning permission 23/00857/HHFUL (note – parish council are not statutory consultees on NONMAT applications)

 

  1. Woodlands Developmentto consider latest known status of plans for the Woodlands site

 

  • Land and Allotments
    1. Cricket Club Lease – to receive an update report from the Chairman
    2. Allotment Lane Post and Parking issues – to consider an update on the current position and to decide if any further actions are required.
    3. Parish Councillors Observations – To consider any other Land & Allotment related Observations from Parish councillors.

 

  • HIGHWAYS & Public Rights of Way – Councillors Observations

 

 

  • Community Matters:
    1. Joint Parish Liaison Group (JPLG)
      1. to note and consider the draft agenda for the next meeting with Ailsworth parish councillors

 

  1. Langdyke Trust Nature Recovery Project
    1. to receive an update report on progress with the water Harvester
    2. Quotes for work and other matters at the Splash Lane Paddock

 

  1. Standing Stones
    1. Information boardsupdate on progress (If any)

 

  1. Playground reinstatement –
    • To receive an update on the reinstatement

 

  1. Land management tender– (possible exclusion of press and Public if commercially sensitive matters to be discussed)
    • to consider quotes received, and award the land management contract

 

  1. Remembrance 2023 – Clerk has received large poppies (£212.50 – within allocated budget) Anker to report

 

  • Governance Matters:
    1. Banking arrangements –to Note – Notice given on £20349.10 leaving £65k on 95 Day deposit with Metro bank. Notice expires 8th Cllr Davies acted as 2nd signatory
    2. Other governance matters – to consider any urgent matters coming to the attention of the Clerk or Councillors
