  1. Planning Applications – to consider, as statutory consultees, planning applications received since the previous meeting.

 

  1. 24/00503/CLP – 10 Sylvester Road – Single Storey Rear extension.
  2. 24/00618/LBC & 24/00617/HHFUL– The Bakehouse 6a Peterborough Road – Replacement glass conservatory roof with natural slate, including installation of two rooflights.

 

  1. Woodlands Development – 23/00111/R4FUL  to consider latest status of this planning application

 

  • Land and Allotments –
    1. Tweentowns – To consider a progress report on preparation of a lease for occupation by Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT).
    2. Parish Councillors Observations – To consider any other Land & Allotment related Observations from Parish councillors.

  

  • HIGHWAYS & Public Rights of Way –
    1. Proposed meeting with the City Council and Anglian Water – Clerk/Chairman to report progress

  • Community Matters:
    1. Climate Change Group report –
      1. Climate Change policy – To consider revoking the parish council policy – at request of Cllr Young
      2. To consider joining “the great collaboration” – Sharing Climate Change best practice being piloted in East Anglia and promoted by SLCC
    2. Anti-social behaviour – Update report on Grafitti.
    3. Police Surgery – to note proposal to move to Ward surgeries instead of Parish
    4. Deployable CCTV – Chairman to report
    5. Joint Parish Liaison Group (JPLG) – to note & agree the draft agenda for the meeting to be held in the Cedar Centre at 7.30 pm on 20 June.
    6. Langdyke Trust Nature Recovery Project – to receive an update report on progress at the Paddock, Splash Lane.
    7. Standing Stones –
      1. Information boards – To note this has been installed
      2. Fencing repairs – To note these have been completed by George Bedford at a cost of £310
  • To receive an update on soil pollution and reseeding
