NOTICE OF ANNUAL VILLAGE MEETING
FOR CASTOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT-
The Annual Assembly of the Parish Meeting for Castor will be held in the Primary School on Thursday 4th May 2023 at 7.00pm
Local Government electors for the Parish will be entitled to vote at the Meeting which will be open to the public.
The business to be transacted at the Meeting will be as follows:-
1. Report of the Chairman covering the activities of the Parish Council in the year ended 31st March 2023 – followed by any questions
2. Reports from village organisations (if any)
3. Other business – open to all electors.
This meeting will be immediately followed by the May meeting of the Parish Council
