    1. Peterborough Local Plan Cllr Shaw to provide an update on recent developments

 

  1. Joint community Action Plan (standing item) – To note the contents of the revised JCAP and note this will be for further consideration at the JPLG meeting planned for 29th February (ref 9a below).

 

  1. Neighbourhood planning (standing item)To consider if any further action is required by, or related to the review of, the present NP.

 

  1. Status report – to note changes to the report presented to Parish council in October.

    1. 24/00043/CTR – 17 Church Hill – – Remove a small Cherry which has been supressed by leylandii.

 

  1. 24/00074/FUL – Roadway House, Bretton Way PE3 8DD – Proposed extension and alteration of former office building creating additional storeys, providing residential accommodation (14 apartments and 7 HMOs), together with additional car parking provision and landscaping.

 

  • 24/00121/CTR – Castor House, Peterborough Road – Fell and remove conifer hedge that runs parallel with road.

 

  1. 24/00135/CTR The Olde Stables, Splash Lane – Reduce small plum by 1m, reduce small cherry by 2m and reduce larger cherry by 3m

 

  1. Woodlands Developmentto consider latest known status of plans for the Woodlands site

 

  • Land and Allotments
    1. Tweentowns – To note outcome of meeting at PECT offices on 22nd January to discuss the arrangements and proposed terms of a 10 year lease. Vice Chairman to update
    2. Land adjacent to Allotment Site and to the rear of Burystead – to note inconclusive response from James Jessop Homes England
    3. Parish Councillors Observations – To consider any other Land & Allotment related Observations from Parish councillors.

  1. Splash lane – Road / drain collapse to receive an update

    1. Anti social behaviour issues within the parish – to consider measures available to address current issues – NOTE – a police surgery on offer for 2 hrs on 11th April between 2pm & midnight 7-9pm suggested – if parish council willing to host

  1. Joint Parish Liaison Group (JPLG) – to note and consider the draft agenda for the next meeting with Ailsworth parish councillors .

 

  1. Langdyke Trust Nature Recovery Project to receive an update report on progress at the Paddock, Splash Lane.

  1. Climate Change Group report – Hannah Swinburne invited to next group meeting 7th March 7pm – parish council representation?
