 PLANNING and associated matters:

    1. Peterborough Local Plan Cllr Shaw to provide draft of Castor Parish council response to consultation on the City Council Draft Local Plan
  1. Joint community Action Plan (standing item) – To consider any actions required
  2. Neighbourhood planning (standing item) & CNP Review Shaw to provide an update
  3. Status report – to note changes to the report presented to Parish council in October.
  4. Planning Applications – to consider, as statutory consultees, planning applications received since the previous meeting.
  5. 25/00316/LBC – Durobrivre House 8 The Green – Replace existing life expired windows with identical. Remove and stoor door to old stable and replace with similar. Repair and repaint old pump housing.
  6. 25/00565/CLP – Woodlands Peterborough Road. Demolition and rebuild of rear conservatory due to subsidence.
  7. Woodlands Development23/00111/R4FUL  to consider latest status of this planning application

  1. Joint Parish Liaison Group (JPLG) – to note the draft agenda for the meeting to be held in the Cedar Centre at 7.30 pm on 14th  June.
  2. Langdyke Trust Nature Recovery Project to receive an update report on progress at the Paddock, Splash Lane.
  3. VE day 80 and Thorolds Paddock memorial seating area opening – Feedback from the event(s)
  • Governance Matters: – Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) –
    1. Accounting Statement for the year 2024/25 (to follow)

  1. Father David’s leaving do will take place after his last service and will be held in Castor School on Thursday 29th May, 7:45-9pm.
