1) APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE – To note attendance and receive apologies for absence. (In the January meeting Cllr. G Elliott apologised that he would not be able to make the February meeting)

3) Minutes of the previous meeting – To Consider a resolution to approve the minutes of the meeting held on Thursday 9th January, 2025

6) PLANNING and associated matters:
a) Peterborough Local Plan Cllr Shaw to provide an update on recent developments if any

b) Joint community Action Plan (standing item) – To consider, and if appropriate, approve the draft update to the JCAP arising from the Jt Meeting with Ailsworth Partish Council held on 16th January.

c) Neighbourhood planning (standing item) & CNP Review – To receive an update from the Cllr. Shaw and report on meeting with responsible Officer at the City Council

d) Planning Applications Status report – to note changes to the report presented to Parish council at the previous meeting.

e) Planning Applications – to consider, as statutory consultees, planning applications received since the previous meeting.
i 25/00107/WCPP – Woodlands Splash Lane – Variation of condition C13 (temporary changing facilities) pursuant to planning permission 22/00524/WCPP

f) Woodlands Developments –

i 23/00111/R4FUL to consider latest status of this planning application

a) Thorolds Paddock – to consider any update (If available)
b) Ferryfields – Access Road (R21) – Chairman & Clerk to report progress (If any)
c) Tweentowns – update on discussions with PECT, including fencing and terms of agreement if applicable
d) Parish Councillors Observations – To consider any other Land & Allotment related Observations from Parish councillors.

8) HIGHWAYS & Public Rights of Way –

a) Allotment Lane – Orphaned Wall – update – (if any)
b) White Lining update (if available)
c) Councillors Observations – To consider any other Highway related Observations from Parish councillors.

9) COMMUNITY MATTERS:

a) Anti-social behaviour – Update report on Graffiti.
b) Joint Parish Liaison Group (JPLG) – to note, the draft summary notes of 16th January meeting for approval.
c) Langdyke Trust Nature Recovery Project – to receive an update report on grant funding and progress at the Paddock, Splash Lane and elsewhere in the village.
d) Thorolds Paddock –
I. Memorial Tree /Bench – to consider all options
II. Fencing off the memorial bench / rest area adjacent to Peterborough – to consider prices received
e) War Memorial Plaque – to consider replacement with correct information – Cllr Baxter to report

10) GOVERNANCE MATTERS: –
i Parish Council Vacancy – To consider next steps to filling the vacancy arising from the resignation of former councillor, Dennis Surgeon.
ii VAT Reclaim – To note Claim submitted for £8354.92 for VAT paid by CPC to 31st March 2024.
iii Registered Charity 302631 – Allotments for exercise – to consider case for continued existence or winding up and if appropriate seek volunteers to join existing trustees and replacement contact person
