a) Peterborough Local Plan Cllr Shaw to provide an update on recent developments if any
b) Joint community Action Plan (standing item) – To Note the agreed update to the JCAP and consider any actions required.
c) Neighbourhood planning (standing item) & CNP Review – To receive an update from the Cllr. Shaw and report on meeting with responsible Officer at the City Council
d) Planning Applications Status report – to note changes to the report presented to Parish council at the previous meeting.
e) Planning Applications – to consider, as statutory consultees, planning applications received since the previous meeting.
i 24/01469/CTR – 4 Polls Yard – Fell and remove Italian Cypress trees.
ii 24/01479/HHFUL – Millane House Mill Lane – removal of existing conservatory and replacement with orangery.
iii 24/01544/CTR – 12 Peterborough Road – Horse Chestnut, Pollard to approximately 15ft.
iv 24/01537/CTR – The Olde Stables, Splash Lane – (T1) Sycamore – reduce by 6 metres (ie pollarding it down to the height of the hedge). (T2) Beech – five small trees in a line along the hedge (I suspect they are overgrown hedge plants), reduce by 3 metres
f) Woodlands Developments –

a) Thorolds Paddock – To consider any expressions of interest in leasing this field or alternative use.
b) Allotments – to receive an update on tenancies and rent payments – Clerk to report.
c) Ferryfields – Access Road (R21) – Chairman to report
d) Parish Councillors Observations – To consider any other Land & Allotment related Observations from Parish councillors.
8) HIGHWAYS & Public Rights of Way –
a) Allotment Lane – retractable Post -update- Chairman to report
b) Allotment Lane – Orphaned Wall – update – (if any)
c) Cow Lane – Fallen tree and “Bye-Way” sign post – reported to Lee Moore – to receive update
d) Councillors Observations – To consider any other Highway related Observations from Parish councillors.
9) COMMUNITY MATTERS:
a) Anti-social behaviour – Update report on Graffiti.
b) Joint Parish Liaison Group (JPLG) – to note, the draft agenda for 16th January meeting and consider any amendments.
c) Langdyke Trust Nature Recovery Project – to receive an update report on progress at the Paddock, Splash Lane and elsewhere in the village.
d) Memorial Tree /Bench – to consider all options
10) GOVERNANCE MATTERS: –
a) Resignation of Cllr Dennis Surgeon
b) 2025/ 26 Budget – to note a budgetary control report and Parish Council to review the draft budget agree changes and to finalise and approve a budget for 2025/26
